New DS RPG: Orcs and Elves

September 28, 2007

Winner of the most uncreative game title of the year goes to EA, who have just released a fact sheet for their upcoming Nintendo DS title, Orcs and Elves. The game looks like a classic RPG style game, and I’m crossing my fingers that it will be turn based. Here’s the facts:
Orcs & [...]

Folklore Character Contest

September 28, 2007

Sony Computer Entertainment have announced a contest in which people can submit their own original art to potentially be used in the game for a character model. Folklore, for those who don’t know, is one of the only games that has made me consider getting a PS3. It looks snazzy as can be. [...]

Funny Peggle Review

September 27, 2007

Okay, seriously — this review cracked me up immensely. First of all – if you haven’t downloaded the trial of Peggle and played it yet – do it. It’s the most addictive ‘casual game’ ever (I should definitely kill Scott for introducing it to me) and you will regret having spent so much [...]

September 26, 2007

Heroes Season Premiere

September 26, 2007

Warning: This contains spoilers (do not read if you haven’t seen)
Hilarious video (not a spoiler):

I personally fully agree.   Coming home and raiding after work until bedtime 4+ nights a week is absolutely asinine [...]

Games I suck at.

September 25, 2007

I feel like someone needs to take away my gamer card. First Bioshock launches and I don’t care. Now Halo 3 came out today and I don’t care one bit. I really do wish I could get into those kind of games, but there are a few genres that I am just [...]

Metaplace – Why should gamers care?

September 18, 2007

I wrote this up for the folks at the RLMMO Metaplace fansite — but their site is having errors and won’t allow me to post – so I’ll post it here for now.
Hey guys!
Now that the cat is out of the bag and our Metaplace website has gone up to the public – I wanted [...]
