Byebye June!

by Cuppycake on June 30, 2007

Wow, can’t believe this month is over! I am writing this onsite in my hotel in San Diego. I’m happy to say that we found the apartment that we really want to live in, and if all goes well – it will be ours =) This has been one heck of a month, so without further babbling: here’s the stats!

May (for comparison):
Unique Visitors: 2923
Visits: 11073
Pages: 55083
Hits: 140129

June:
Unique Visitors: 5301
Visits:17489
Pages: 130892
Hits: 377540

Holy moly – 5301 uniques compared to 2923 last month! What might have contributed to this?
*Launch of the Shut Up We’re Talking podcast
*My new position as Community Manager of Areae
*My Cuppy the Anti-Feminist post
*The gamer rig meme that I started.
*Virtual World = Games post linked by Raph

All in all, it has been a great month! Topping this last month will be tough I think, considering how busy I am with the move this month. Actually, considering I’ll be in Cali for up to a week with nothing but a sleeping bag and my laptop – you might see plenty of posts from me in that time ;) Thanks for reading everyone, excited to see what this next month brings =)

Pretty darn good for someone who’s only now entering the industry.

Hudson, Google keeps stats too, if you sign up for it. It’s call Analytics. Even if you’re not interested in your site’s popularity, it’s a way of keeping track of who’s linking to your site. If someone’s linking to your site, odds are they’ll occasionally have something on theirs that interests you (like-minded bloggers).
