Not only is VirginWorlds the most expansive collection of gaming related podcasts on the web, but Brent is one of the coolest cats I know. He’s put tons and tons of work into making VW the best free site for MMO news and commentary, and all the money has been out of his pocket. He doesn’t have staff members, he’s done everything all on his own — his website isn’t a CMS out of the box, he’s hand coded all of it and created some extremely useful podcast integration tools.

I like what Brent has put together, but I don't see how CMS or not qualifies its quality. Hell, this site appears to be a cms byproduct, and I like it.
