A Mystic Champion!

Posted by Cuppycake On July - 3 - 2009

I have been playing A LOT of Everquest 2 lately.  My goal to have a max level character in this game is still the plan, however I’ve recently become distracted by the crafting table.  My Decembriah is going to be a tailor!  I’ve never done crafting in EQ2, so this is a new experience for me.  I don’t expect it to be my main thing, but while waiting for some friends to catch up I have been keeping myself occupied with some crafting.  I’m a level 18 outfitter at the moment, and a level 22 Illusionist.

My guild is great, they’re small, close-knit, and family.  They’re mostly roleplayers and they take their guild ties very seriously.  Today I achieved enough guild status to be promoted to the next rank – Mystic Champion.  There are only 10 champions in the guild, so I am honored.  I got a tour of our beautiful guild hall today by Psia Meese (our lovely Emissary) and was promoted to my new rank in style in our Great Hall.  Several guild members came to witness the ceremony and it was special.  I’m not good at roleplaying, but I’m trying!

I love a lot of things about EQ2.  I like the graphics for the most part, I enjoy my class, I like crafting, I like traveling and I like how I can fight on horseback.  I love the housing, the guild system and guild houses, and I *love* appearance slots and mentoring.  All in all, it’s a fun game for a group of friends to play together.  We’re on Antonia Bayle and most people are in the guild Mistwalkers if you’re looking for a home.  I’m staying with Mystic Alliance because they’re the kind of guild I’ve always wanted in this game…but anyone who wants to join up with Mistwalkers can send any member a tell and ask for an invite.
