One thing that is awesome (and probably equally as frustrating) about Second Life is how many shops there are. A shopowner looking to make money in Second Life has to do quite a bit in order to stand out, whether it’s through hard work designing their land or heavy promotion or running contests to gain visitors. This really does make for some completely immersive and fantastic shops, like CREAMSHOP.
This is a whimsical, rainy sim that has relaxing piano music, an ice cream shop, a record store and a beautiful canal – just to sell their adorable vintage clothes. This is the kind of store I would love to shop at in real life
